A revision to Act Number 27 of the Year 2007. Some of the ‘highlighted’ articles revised through this particular Act are: the roles of the Province Government in composing strategic documents related to the management of coastal areas and islets; permits’ priority for local and traditional communities related to the utilization of marine and coastal resources; acknowledgement of the indigenous people’s authority towards spatial uses, and utilization of coastal areas and islets’ natural resources; etc.
